Fill in your contact details, as well as those of the person you wish to sponsor. The Dillan team will contact the person you are sponsoring to confirm their interest and carry out a personalized study.
"Sponsor" means any natural person who completes a Referral Form; self-referral is not permitted.
"Referrer" (sponsored person) means an individual over the age of 70 who enters into a transaction with Dillan after being referred by his or her Sponsor; the Referrer must be a Dillan prospect, and therefore must not exist in Dillan's database prior to being referred by his or her Sponsor.
Upon declaration of the sponsorship, the Sponsoree is contacted by Dillan to validate his/her personal information.
In the event that two people wish to become Godparents of the same Referred Friend, the one who provided the contact information first, and who meets all of the conditions defined in these rules, will receive the bonus.
To be eligible for the program, the Sponsor must complete an online form prior to the first contact between the Referrer and Dillan. Sponsorship cannot be retroactive.
A sponsorship is validated when the real estate transaction is finalized, i.e. when the Sponsoree signs the deed of sale. Dillan will notify the Sponsor of the validation of the sponsorship.
If no real estate transaction is completed by the Referrer, no referral bonus will be due to the Referrer.
This offer cannot be combined with any other current or future offer.
The Sponsor receives a sponsorship bonus of €1000 (one thousand euros). The amount received by the Sponsor is subject to income tax in the year of receipt. It is up to the Sponsor to declare it.
To obtain payment of the sponsorship bonus, the Sponsor must provide Dillan with a bank account number (RIB) in his or her name within thirty days of the notification. The payment of the sponsorship bonus to the Sponsor will be made within thirty days of receipt of the bank details.
The duration of this program is indefinite. Dillan may terminate this program at any time without notice. Dillan reserves the right to modify this program, without prejudice to the rights of the Sponsor for the current sponsorship(s), provided that the modifications in question do not result from legal obligations.
The personal data collected by Dillan is subject to automated processing in the context of the sponsorship program presented above, in accordance with the provisions presented on the legal notice page.
